2.4 Ethical Business Practices

  • Members should engage in fair business practices, avoid conflicts of interest, and operate transparently.

  • Unethical or illegal business activities, such as fraud, bribery, or misrepresentation, are not permitted within the network.

3. Membership Responsibilities

3.1 Active Participation

  • Members are encouraged to actively engage in events, meetings, forums, and networking opportunities.

  • Regular attendance at scheduled events and involvement in group activities is essential for maintaining membership status.

3.2 Representation

  • Members must represent BNG in a positive and professional manner when engaging with external parties.

  • All communication regarding BNG must be truthful, transparent, and aligned with the organization’s values.

3.3 Referral and Collaboration

  • Members should actively refer business opportunities and collaborate with other members to foster growth within the network.

  • Building mutual trust and supporting each other’s business goals is a key principle of BNG membership.

3.4 Payment and Fees

  • Members must adhere to the agreed-upon dues, fees, and other financial obligations in a timely manner.

  • Non-payment of membership fees may result in suspension or termination of membership.

4. Event Participation and Online Etiquette

4.1 Event Attendance

  • Members should prioritize attendance at BNG events, whether virtual or in-person, and notify the relevant organizers if unable to attend.

  • Punctuality and preparedness for events are expected.

4.2 Online Conduct

  • During virtual meetings, members should ensure their internet connection, camera, and microphone are functional to fully participate.

  • Use respectful and professional language in all online communications, including chats and video calls.

5. Conflicts of Interest and Disputes

5.1 Disclosures

  • Members must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could interfere with the integrity of the network or their participation in BNG activities.

  • Conflicts should be disclosed in writing to BNG’s management for review and resolution.

5.2 Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes between members should be resolved amicably through open dialogue and collaboration.

  • If needed, BNG management can intervene to facilitate the resolution of conflicts.

6. Termination of Membership

6.1 Grounds for Termination

Membership may be terminated, suspended, or revoked for any of the following reasons:

  • Failure to adhere to the Code of Conduct or Membership Responsibilities.

  • Engagement in activities that harm the reputation or interests of BNG.

  • Non-payment of membership fees after reasonable notice.

  • Involvement in illegal or unethical business practices.

6.2 Voluntary Termination

  • Members may voluntarily terminate their membership by providing written notice to BNG at least [X] days before the desired termination date.

  • Any outstanding dues must be settled prior to termination.

7. Amendments to the Policy
